#3 Top 5!
I have an affinity for ranking almost anything and everything (redundant). I’ve done it my entire life and that’s how I keep track of things. e.g my favorite 5 movies of all time, favorite 5 songs of all time, and on and on and on. I’m going to start putting my lists up for all you to see and in exchange I think it’d be awesome if you guys did the same! it can be for ANYTHING! favorite types of clouds, bottled water, favorite Kevin McHale…you know that kind of thing. Feel free to suggest lists I should add to my collection!
let’s start with my holy grail:
5 favorite albums of all time! …as of now (in no particular order cos that’s just crazy)
- The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill by Lauryn Hill
- Thriller by Michael Jackson
- A Rush of Blood to the Head by Coldplay
- A Beautiful World by Thicke aka Robin
- (what’s the story) Morning Glory by Oasis
coming in at a very close 6th is a 3 way tie between Room on the 3rd Floor, Wonderland & Motion in the Ocean by McFly & OK Computer by Radiohead. dont you dare make me choose.
so that’s how that goes. no tough guidelines, just what you’re feeling! Good luck!

(yes i made that pic, skillfully)
i feel the actual need to do this and not just OMG AUTO REBLOG/FAVE CAUSE ASFHKALJ. i’m also doing top 5 albums.
5. Nsync - No Strings Attached it was about this time that my flail for them had really taken me by force. this album will always have a special place in my heart no matter if they never get back together for a reunion tour, unlike some others (OMG NKOTBSB IS GOING TO BE AMAZING)
4. Mighty Mighty Bosstones - Let’s Face It to this day i can put on this album and sing every single song. ironically, whenever i would listen to this album on marching band trips, it was the only one that would actually lull me to sleep. idek.
3. Janet Jackson - janet. this album had so many amazing amazing songs on it. this is when i think i really fell in love with janet’s voice and just music in general. i loved rhythm nation too, but this album was ace.
2. Bone Thugs and Harmony - E. 1999 Eternal i don’t know why i love this album so much. maybe because it was the first cd i owned that had the parental advisory sticker on it. maybe it was just because it’s a really fucking great album. but it’ll always rank up high with me.
1. Boyz II Men - II this entire album is gold. the songs, the emotions, i know that boyz II men is usually known for their balads but even the faster songs on this album are just perfect. i miss boyz II men. i want them back. i know that they’re kinda touring again, but i want ALL FOUR of them back. it’s just not the same otherwise.
oh hay tumblr sup?
